Wil is an experienced self-shooting PD and has worked on dozens of short and long form documentaries in some of the most remote regions on earth. He has directed five episodes of Unreported World from across Africa, his most recent film was in Sudan. He's also PD'd a Dispatches for Channel 4 and directed five episodes of People and Power for Al Jazeera. He regularly shoots films for Channel 4 News and ITV News and has shot an episode of Inside the World’s Toughest Prisons for Emporium Productions/Netflix. He has also made films for the BBC, including a special on Snow Leopards.
Flora is an award winning Producer/Director and journalist who has worked on a wide variety of films across the world. She produced the Emmy nominated documentary Buy Now for Netflix, won an RTS award for an undercover investigation into the mental health crisis in Essex for Channel 4, and was RTS nominated for her film investigating British Army abuses in Kenya for ITV.
She has also directed films for the BBC and Vice. She has lived and worked in China, Washington DC, Kenya and Thailand.
Sarah is a versatile and experienced journalist with a sharp eye for both the headline and the human angle. Over the past two decades, she has reported from the front lines of breaking news stories – including royal weddings, terrorist attacks and British general elections.
She spent 17 years living and working in China, where she developed a deep specialism in the region and its global influence. Her storytelling spans formats: from hard news and magazine features to podcasts and long-form documentaries.
As a producer and reporter, Sarah has contributed to a wide range of media projects – from US election coverage for Al Jazeera’s People & Power series to casting and location scouting for international reality and sports content filmed across China.
